About TKA
Hi, I'm Kara.
I didn't plan to become a wedding coordinator — I became one on the job.

The part I loved most, before it was even the job.
I didn't plan to become a wedding coordinator — I became one on the job. Working weddings, I kept finding myself stepping in: fixing timelines, wrangling vendors, calming down a stressed bridal party. Somewhere along the way I realised that was the part I loved most.
Now, planning my own wedding, I'm living the exact process I help couples through — so I know firsthand what it feels like from the other side too.
I'm not here to hand you a checklist. I'm here to keep your day stress-free and make sure you actually get to enjoy every part of it, the way you pictured it.
The name
Why "The Kept Aisle."
A wedding day has one moment everything else is really building toward: the walk down the aisle. Everything before it — the timeline, the vendors, the small things that could go wrong — exists to protect that moment, so it's exactly as calm and exactly as yours as you pictured it.
That's what "kept" means here. Not just planned, not just organised — looked after, on purpose, by someone who treats it like it matters as much to us as it does to you.
Founding client offer
Currently taking a limited number of founding clients.
Day-of Coordination and Partial Planning are offered as standalone services for the first time this year. I'm not new to weddings — but I am building this part of TKA, which means a limited number of founding clients get more of my time and attention, on fewer weddings.
